Inky Paws Sketch Challenge

 Today's card is for Inky Paws Sketch Challenge 180 and it is a clean and simple design.

I used the evergreen stencil for the trees and a holiday words die cut for the Merry Christmas.  The papers and ribbon were from my craft stash. I did spritz the card with shimmer spray, but I am not sure that you can see that in the picture.

 Just a clean and simple card that fit the sketch.

MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge 607

 Can you believe that I found another challenge to play along with?!?!  I have quite a few (or maybe a LOT) of stamp sets from MFT so choosing which set was the hardest part of this challenge.

I chose Up in the Air set by Birdie Brown.  I don't think I have used this set before....

I colored with copic markers, and created the cloud background with the MFT cloud stencil and Distress Oxide ink.  The banner die cut with the sentiment is also from MFT.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge - music

When I don't have a specific project to work on, I am finding that playing along with challenges helps give me a focus.  I just discovered the Penny Black Saturday Challenge  and the option this time is music.

I have one set that fit perfectly.

I added the embossed panel to go along with the theme.  Cut out the image with Spellbinders Nestabilities.  I am a musician and I had so much fun with this challenge.

House Mouse Challenge 372 - Anything Goes - option shaped card

 The heat wave has broken in RI and with the theme of the House Mouse Challenge I find myself thinking Fall.  House Mouse Challenge 372 is anything goes with the option of a shaped card.

For the stamp I chose Sweet Find with 2 of the mice dressed up for Halloween as candy corn ❤

I colored the image with copic markers and used my Pumpkin Spellbinders to create the shaped card base.  Spellbinders Classic ovals were used to cut out the image and the mat.

House Mouse Challenge 371

 Another House Mouse Challenge (371)  I used a sweet stamp with the mouse giving a bird a kiss and added a sentiment of thoughts & prayers.  The option of this challenge was "stick to it" adding a sticker or washi tape.  I added a pink gingham washi tape.  And to give the card a soft look I used water color pens.

Inky Paws Color Challenge

 I thought that the Inky Paws Color Challenge 179 was a very appropriate challenge for Inky Kat Creations :)

I used the Snowman Party stamp,  The colors were Pink, Green, Black & Gray.  With the square shape of the stamp I thought it would make a cute easel card.

Lawnfawnatics challenge #130

 It is time for another challenge at Lawnfawnatics!  Challenge 130 is a sketch challenge.  I finally decided on the Critter Concert stamp set.  I had a vision of the critters playing their instruments in the house and the music "floating" outside the window.

I was really trying to fit this adorable little fox in, but I just wasn't happy with any placement on the front of the card.....

I added the banner and the music notes and then I decided that I wanted to try to make the roof.  I looked through my LF dies to see what might work and I chose one from Plant a Succulent.

I am very happy with how it turned out, and I even found a place for the little fox!
