HMFMC #370 second card

 Still playing along with challenges.  This is my second submission for HMFMC #370.  I have a vacation day from work and I have also been doing some housework, but while the laundry is washing it gives me time to play in the studio.

I am going with clean and simple style today.  Another one layer card with the stamped image, a sentiment and then I stenciled the snowflakes - first in light blue ink and then with a sparkle stencil paste.

HMFMC #370 - Christmas in July

 House Mouse Monday challenge. #370 - Anything Goes or Christmas in July.

I have been having a lot of fun playing along with different challenges in the last few weeks.  Today is Christmas in July with House Mouse. 

I created a simple one layer card.

 

I used my Misti to place the sentiment exactly where I needed it.  Colored the image with Copic markers and added some dots of white and sparkle.  I was hoping "snow" would help me feel cooler, but it didn't work.

More Lawn Fawn fun!

 Challenge 129 at Lawn Fawn is food.  I have several stamp sets I could choose from and I decided to use a couple of my favorites.  I love avocado, tacos & margaritas and I just so happen to have stamps of all of those :)

Just a little fiesta!!

For this card I used the Scalloped Box Card Pop-up for the card base.  The stamp sets that I used were Let's Toast

I also used the Skinny Stripe stencil and the little banner is part of the Scalloped Box Card Pop-up.

Playing along with Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #128

I had so much fun making this card.  I used several Lawn Fawn sets from my collection.  Yeti or Not, Furry and Bright, Car Critters & Car Critters add ons, Wavy Banners and the 3d platform pop up die.  I also used a Lawn Fawn stencil and stencil paste to create the snowflakes on the base of the card.

I can't wait to play along with more Lawn Fawnatics chalenges!

I have another entry for Challenge HMFMC #369 because it is just too hard to pick which stamp to use.  This little bunny definitely makes me think of summer.  Hope that you are enjoying summer and some watermelon too :)

Here Comes Summer

 

Today I am playing along with a House Mouse challenge.  It is HMFMC #369 Anything Goes - Here Comes Summer.

I think the hardest part was trying to decide which House Mouse stamp to use.

I thought this little hummingbird with the mouse was the perfect choice.

I have quite a collection of House Mouse stamps and I discovered a site that has challenges with House Mouse!  The current challenge is Anything Goes with an option of stripes.  I used a stencil to create the stripes and the large piece was too much (in my opinion) so I diecut the letters out of the piece instead of using the whole piece.
